Fidel API customers that are using offers from the marketplace are now able to edit the Start and the End date of offers that are live on their programs.

Follow these steps to edit dates:

1. Go to Offers
2. Then Live
3. Click on the specific Marketplace offer
4. Click Edit
5. Scroll to editable fields
6. Edit the start and/or end dates
7. Click Done

Things to be mindful of:

Start date:

• The new start date has to be set to a later date than the start date set by the provider or the current date

• As content providers are free to change the start date at any time, if a new start date is set, it will overrides any changes made by the customer if the new start date from provider is moved to a later date

End date:

• The new end date can’t be set to a later date than the end date set by the provider, and has to be set to a later date than the current date

• As content providers are free to change the end date at any time, if a new end date is set, it will overrides any changes made by the customer if the new end date from provider is moved to an earlier date

• The system will automatically off board locations upon expiration of the offer on the newly set end date

Fidel API customers are now also able to add metadata to offers originating from the Offers marketplace:

1. Go to Offers
2. Then Live
3. Click on the specific Marketplace offer
4. Click Edit
5. Scroll to editable fields
6. Add metadata
7. Click Done
